interview with John Currin in (duh, where else?) Interview Magazine this month. I didn't know his wife was a sculptor, but Glenn O'Brien
talked to her too. The story of how they met is pretty awesome. In other art news, if you're not going to see the Francis Bacon show at the Met and you still want to be a painter, you should probably just quit right now. I hate to use the word genius, but there are some phenomenal things happening in his work.
